*연구실 및 학과 사정으로 인하여 변동 가능성이 있으므로, 상세한 일정은 담당자에게 문의 부탁 드립니다.

- Cr / Au / Cu / TiO2 / Ni / Ti / Ag / Al2O3
(Cr / Au 고정사용, 이외 source는 변동 가능성이 있으므로 장비에 부착된 소스 게시판 확인요망)

▶ 자율사용교육 안내
- 매월 2, 4째주(담당자일정에 따라 변동될 수 있으며, 신청자가 많을시 선착순 마감될 수 있음)

▶ Chamber interior cleaning and source replacement of E-beam Evaporator (SNTEK, Common Thin Film Process Room No. 1302) are done every Tuesday (9 am~ 5 pm).
