All official departmental events take priority, and existing reservations may be canceled accordingly.

[How to Apply]
1) Seminar/Lecture Rooms
Send to Ms. Myung-Hye Park (ireneqkr@kaist.ac.kr, Ext.3306): Reserver’s name, date & time, day of week, new or extension

2) Juhul Meeting Room
Send to Ms. Myung-Hye Park: Reserver’s name, date, time, reason for reservation
